Refund policy

Defective or damaged items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, it's on us. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Wrong size and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for sizing within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Returns receive a partial refund: the product price minus the original shipping cost and card processing fees. If your order shipped free, we deduct the shipping we paid on it. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Exchanges follow the same rules as size returns: there's no fee to exchange, but the customer covers shipping.

How to start a return

Email tanabejerome@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.

Airbrushed pieces

Each airbrushed piece is painted by hand, small variations from photos are part of the design and make each piece unique. Please send us a message if you have any questions regarding airbrushed products.
